How can I start the verification (KYC) process?

To complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account and click on your profile picture located at the top right corner

2. Locate the verification option under profile info

3. Click on “Upgrade” to proceed

4. Confirm if you are a USA or Non-USA Resident
4.1 Select your country, document type and click Next. (You may also continue on your phone)

5. Follow the steps and upload the required/selected documents and wait for the system to process your data.

Note: KYC documents are often processed within minutes. However, in some situations the process may take up to 12 hours.
